Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Installed, cut, or altered tiles cannot be returned.
Manufacturing Defects
- Report defects before installation.
- After inspection, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Colour Variation
- Shade variations may occur between production batches.
- Returns due to batch variation are not accepted once the product is installed.
Custom Orders
- Special colours, custom sizes, and made-to-order materials are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase
- A valid invoice or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Transport or delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return transport fees (if any) are paid by the customer.
Incorrect Deliveries
- If the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange free replacement
Damages During Delivery
- Report visible damage within 24 hours with photo evidence.
- A replacement will be arranged after verification.
