Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Installed, cut, or altered tiles cannot be returned.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Report defects before installation.
  • After inspection, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Colour Variation

  • Shade variations may occur between production batches.
  • Returns due to batch variation are not accepted once the product is installed.

Custom Orders

  • Special colours, custom sizes, and made-to-order materials are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid invoice or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Transport or delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return transport fees (if any) are paid by the customer.

Incorrect Deliveries

  • If the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange free replacement

Damages During Delivery

  • Report visible damage within 24 hours with photo evidence.
  • A replacement will be arranged after verification.
